Tangy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 1-2 cucumbers

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar

  • Drizzle of sesame oil

Instructions

  • Slice cucumbers however you prefer (we like them thin)

  • Add to a bowl and add soy sauce, vinegar, and oil on top and mix well

  • Chill in the fridge for an hour, or enjoy immetiately

Keeps for 2-3 days sealed in the fridge
