Tangy Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
1-2 cucumbers
1 tsp soy sauce
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
Drizzle of sesame oil
Instructions
Slice cucumbers however you prefer (we like them thin)
Add to a bowl and add soy sauce, vinegar, and oil on top and mix well
Chill in the fridge for an hour, or enjoy immetiately
Keeps for 2-3 days sealed in the fridge
